Exch 2010 Distribution List Subject Modification

Is it possible to perform subject modification on a distribution list in exchange 2010? In other words, if a message is sent to a particular distribution list, can we append a specified string to the subject line? i.e. Message sent to employees@company.com with subject "Staff Meeting", when members get the message it could say something like "[All Employees] Staff Meeting" This is common among mailing lists to make it obvious the email was to a list, but haven't found any obvious way of doing it with exchange.

you can do that using transport rules,, it is so easy
