The x86 (32-bit) and x64 editions of Server 2008
feature the RODC mode in all editions (Standard,
Enterprise, and Datacenter). However, because the
Itanium edition of Server 2008 doesn’t support the
AD Domain Services feature, Itanium also doesn’t
support RODCs. On all Server 2008 versions, you can
deploy RODCs on the Server Core install option.
