Intense School stepped up to snag the award for Best Web-Based Training, beating last year's winner, Global Knowledge, by a margin of 32 percent. One reader commented that, "Intense School's online classes are great for when you can't get away from your job to attend a class out of town."

Intense School's Live Online classes prepare you for Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Computer Technology Industry Association's (CompTIA's) Network+ certifications and focus on IT security. The Live Online program offers classes in the daytime, evening, and weekend hours and features a live, interactive classroom environment, online quizzes, access to network equipment that students can manipulate and use as their own, and access to the class from any computer. The classes use Voice over IP (VoIP) technology, private and public chat messaging, and desktop sharing to help create the feeling of being in a real classroom. Students need a high-speed Internet connection to get the most out of the classes.

I didn't take the web based training course. I took globalnet's CCNA bootcamp course in El Segundo, CA. I was Thoroughly disappointed in the class. My expectations may have been too high or maybe I'm not at a level I need to b e atbut there is no way I could take the CCNA exam after finishing that class. I also took their MCSE bootcamp course which worked exactly as advertised. I expected the CCNA bootcamp course to be the same. It was not.
