Enabling Session State

To enable session state on your Web site, open Internet Services Manager (ISM), right-click the Web site (or the virtual directory or Web application within the Web site), and select Properties. Click the Home Directory tab (or the Virtual Directory tab in a virtual directory or Web application). Click Configuration, then click the Options tab, which Figure A shows. Select the Enable session state check box, then set the Session timeout value.
