This Support WebCast discusses how to create offline certificate requests that you can use to obtain certificates from Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows 2000 certification authorities (CAs).

Shawn Rabourn joined Microsoft in September 2001, and is currently a support engineer with the Windows Server Directory Services team.
