Hi Sudesh, I need some help in Monitoring the Mailbox retension settings, i have created a receipent policy and have given 45days retention policy for all the mails in inbox, deleted items , sent items etc. however my users need an intimation of the same a few days in advance such that they can start downloading as to avoid the deletion pls help in the same..thanks in advance]]>
