Regarding to the third part add-on, I think those enhancement tools are remarkably useful for sharepoint users. I know a place where you can get many great tool with low price, recently there is a new resealed tool called SharePoint Cascaded Look up. It brings the look up experience into a new level. sharepoint is a great tool for corporations, but with some enhancement tools it value can be boosted.]]>

Getting Started with Microsoft SharePoint Team Serviceshttp://www.windowsitpro.com/article/internet/getting-started-with-microsoft-sharepoint-team-services#commentsAnchorSun, 14 Mar 2004 12:19:37 GMT
Lee, I’m trying to use my FrontPage 2003 and Windows 2000 Server and SQL Server 2000 to set up a Team Services site. Your November 2002 article, http://www.winnetmag.com/Article/ArticleID/26645/26645.html "Getting Started with Microsoft SharePoint Team Services: Installing and configuring a team collaboration site" looks great. But it does not seem to apply to newer Team Services setups. For example, my FP03 CD does not have a "setupse.exe from the SharePt folder." I did a paid support e-mail to Microsoft last week, but have received no reply: ------------------------------------------------------------ I bought FP03 specifically to create a SharePoint Team Site. There is a website template to create one. But when I specify the location of my web site, I get a message that "This Web site must be created on a server that is running SharePoint Services from Microsoft. Please choose another location. If you do not have a Web site hosting service, find one that supports FrontPage or Windows SharePoint Services by using the Web Presence search page." My only places to put a team site is on a Yahoo web host or on a Windows 2000 Server. HELP, please! ------------------------------------------------------------ Please point me in some direction, Lee. Thank you! ..Clay 901-870-7421 watsonc@methodisthealth.org]]>

This is a great series of article i stumbled on while surfing the web. But I am sorry to say that is a little cliched a topic. Try stopiing IE from caching embedded media files that are embedded using or tags in ASP pages to embed some media content. I havent found a single way to stop caching of these media files on client’s machine !!!]]>NikhilMon, 22 Dec 2003 03:23:09 GMThttp://www.windowsitpro.com/article/internet/cache-tuning-iis#commentsAnchor
