spam, what can be done about it. Its the issue really with Microsoft and Exchange 2000. NDRs are a constant reminder of all the spam on the internet. For instance on a daily basis our email server is shut down, cleaned of the ndrs, that pass by the expensive spam filtering software. This is costing us way too much money and since December 1, 2003 we opened another $245 ticket with MS only to hear that this is "By Design" and I need to get another 3rd party software that they cant recommend, to eliminate this. Most likely when I install this 3rd party software, it will not be supported by MS. Thanks]]>

How to Use WinRoute and MailQhttp://www.windowsitpro.com/article/exchange-2000-server/how-to-use-winroute-and-mailq#commentsAnchorMon, 29 Apr 2002 05:36:27 GMT
Great article. Have now implemented MailQ, however there’s no explanation of why "no data" fields might appear and how to troubleshoot.
Author response: Yep...the "no data" fields are a pain at times.  As I recall, and I’m not mucking around with MailQ right now so bear with me, the reason for that is that either the crawler hasn’t been able to access the server recently or the data is old.
I suppose it could also mean that you just aren’t catching any data in certain queues and so it is just showing as ’no data’.  You might try messing around with some of the XML and stylesheets to see if you can alter the behaviour or reason for the "no data" message.
Sorry this isn’t much help, but there really isn’t too much info on these tools.
