*I receive dozens of press releases every week. This week, I've found the following product particularly interesting.

Take Advantage of Citrix GoToAssist's Team Collaboration Abilities

Citrix Systems announced that its remote support solution, Citrix GoToAssist 8.0, now supports team collaboration. Using GoToAssist, your support staff can use their keyboards to silently invite additional experts into a session to view the customer's screen and evaluate the problem. Callers no longer have to be passed around from one technical support person to another. Citrix GoToAssist lets mangers silently view and monitor live sessions in progress and the software's new tabbed session interface lets support representatives quickly switch between multiple sessions. The software is now Vista compatible and provides 24-bit true color to support high-graphic software or design applications. For more information, contact Citrix Systems at 954-267-3000, 800-424-8749, or on the Web at http://www.citrix.com
