Download AdMap.

Overview

With AdMap, you read the Active Directory through Microsoft ActiveX® Data Objects ADO, automating Visio to draw a diagram of the Active Directory Domain and Site topology. With AdMap, you also draw partial Information from your Active Directory, like only one Domain or one site. The objects are linked together, and arranged in a reasonable layout that you can later interactively work with in Visio.

AdMap accesses the active directory through Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), through the ADO and Active Directory Services Interface (ADSI) provider, using this information to drive Visio using Visio's Component Object Model (COM) automation interfaces. The following figure describes the component's relationships.
