JSI Tip 4669. How do I disable Windows 2000 balloon tips?

The easiest way to disable the Windows 2000 balloon tips is to copy/paste the following into a balloontips.reg file, and run regedit /s <Path>\balloontips.reg:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"EnableBalloonTips"="NO"
