JSI Tip 1260. Event ID 4119 or 4311 after uninstalling RAS.

If you uninstall RAS, your System Event Log may contain the following (when you restart):

Event ID   : 4119
Source     : TCP/IP
Description: IP could not open registry key for NdiswanX.
       or
Event ID   : 4311
Source     : NetBT
Description: Initialization failed because the driver device could not be created.
To fix the problem, use Regedt32 to navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBt\Adapters

Double-click the Adapters key and delete all sub-keys that starts with NdisWan.

Shutdown and restart your computer.
