JSI Tip 10113. How can I turn off the file name display in a Windows XP thumbnail view?

If you need additional space to display your thumbnails, try holding the Shift key down when you open a folder or switch to Thumbnail view.

NOTE: This behavior is a toggle switch. To see the file names again, hold down the Shift key when you open a folder or switch to Thumbnail view.
