If you've ever wondered what a particular piece of malware actually does when it enters a systems, there are at least seven tools that can help you find out - and that sort of information might be helpful when it comes to cleaning up an infection.

The following tools are designed around a sandbox model where malware is tested in a contained environment. With the exception of Sysanalyzer and Malwarepunk, the lists below are online tools provided by various vendors - so you can't download them and install them on your own system. Nevertheless are very useful and offered some level of reporting to give you some decent insight:
