In my previous blog entry I wrote about the new hands-on Cisco lab offered by Firewall.cx.  I recently learned about Microsoft's Virtual Lab, which let's you test Microsoft's latest software in a sandbox environment.

At the lab you can work with SQL Server, Exchange, Internet Security and Acceleration Server, Identity Integration Server, Operations Management Server, SMS, Windows Server 2003, and various security technologies including Baseline Security Analyzer and more.

In order to use the lab you'll need Windows 2000 or later operating system, IE 5.x, port 3389 open on your firewall, and more. You can learn about the other requirements and log in to the lab at Microsoft TechNet Web site.
