Q. I'm trying to access the RDWeb site on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server, but I receive an error related to tsportalwebpart (1). Why?

A. I recently had this problem on a Server 2008 R2 Remote Desktop server. The problem is a file, tsportalwebpart(1).dll, which is found in the folder C:\Windows\Web\RDWeb\Pages\Bin. Delete this file and the access to https://<tsserver>/RDWeb should work without the error.
