A. The short answer is no, not easily. You can certainly schedule a script to run under alternate credentials, using Task Scheduler's ability to specify the credentials. You can also use a script packager. (One is available in PrimalForms and PrimalScript; both are commercial tools.) A packager wraps your script in an executable file and applies alternate credentials when launching. You still need PowerShell installed on target systems in order for the package to run.
