Great Article.....I actually have a question....i have been trying to figure out how to hide internet explorer from the desktop and start menu for only a specific group of user. Do I need SP4 to be able to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

How do you go about getting the file mentioned in MS kbid=821257? MS seems to make it very difficult to find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Just a small warning. Before installing SP4 make sure that you have ready Windows 2000 Set-up disks (4) and
Emergency Repair Disk ERD.

My installation of SP4 went OK but PC after booting didn't want to open any application. It took ages to open OExp.
So, I rebooted PC and inserted floppy 1 of Setup disk
and after forth floppy down loaded I went for Fast repair having ERD ready. Repair went smoothly. Everything works perfect now.
