Keeping a Message from Archiving Automatically

How can I set an email message so that Microsoft Outlook won't automatically archive the message from my Sent Items folder?

Open the item in the Sent Items folder, then choose File, Properties. You'll see a Do not AutoArchive this item check box, which Figure 1 shows. If you're using the Outlook editor (rather than Microsoft Word) to create the email message, you can set this option with File, Properties before you send the message.
