Last week, a new online community launched to connect computer users who are looking for help with non-technical problems. The Internet Protectors (TIP—http://www.theinternetprotectors.com) is a forum for users to share security information by asking and answering questions, blogging about their experiences, and discussing issues in various forums. A variety of white papers, videos, and podcasts are also available to help users research their security problems and find solutions. Experts from several security vendors also act as TIPsters, helping answer questions. The goal of TIP is to help users stay safe online
