Israeli developer Gizmox has released ProStudio .NETHTML5 beta, which it claims is the only HTML5-dedicated development tool for .NET developers.
ProStudio .NETHTML5 is designed for building data-centric HTML5 applications within Microsoft Visual Studio. It should appeal, say its creators, to those who seek an alternative to Silverlight which currently does not support iOS or Android. It enables jQuery developers to deal with data-binding, Ajax and session management by using the. NET framework.
The tool adds complete jQuery extension capabilities to Gizmox's flagship Visual WebGui toolset that allow developers to build HTML5 UIs with animation and media streaming with mobile/ tablet support and cross-browser performance. Other benefits include enhanced data management features and debugging capabilities.
