When you try to download a file, you receive Failed to create OBJDM?

You installed some third party download manager, then removed the program without disabling its' download behavior.

To fix the problem, you must locate the .dll file that the program installed and delete it.

NOTE: If you installed and removed BonziBUDDY, search for and delete Iehelpermiddleman.dll.
