A. When you run BackOffice Server 4.5 Setup, the system might prompt you for an installation path for the SNA portion of the installation. However, when you try to change the installation path for SNA Server, Setup doesn't let you make this change.
This difficulty occurs when a previous installation of Microsoft SNA Server exists on your computer because Setup uses the original installation path to install SNA Server. To work around this difficulty, uninstall the original SNA Server installation or use the path that the existing installation uses.
