Q. Where is Integration Services for Hyper-V?

A. The integration services are part of the Hyper-V role. They're installed on guests automatically if you select Insert Integration Services Setup Disk from the Action menu of a Virtual Machine Connection.

When you select this action, Hyper-V mounts %windir%\system32\vmguest.iso to the guest's virtual CD drive, so you could also mount this .iso manually.
