A. You can use the Windows Instrumentation command-line interface (WMIC) to uninstall an application if you know the name of the application.     Seems WMI is quite unreable way to do things! Too often it simple does not works.

    For example - on 2 computers where I tried it reports error 0x80041033.

    And there is nothing special in system events. Only lot of "trash" information in MSI*.log files - about 120Mb log files generated on simple uninstall request. :-(
