Q. Can I have an Active/Active Hyper-V cluster?

A. Yes. Some clustered resources only support an Active/Passive configuration, where there is at least one node in the cluster not running any resources. With Hyper-V, you can and often will have virtual machines (VMs) running on all nodes in a cluster without any node running idle. You should ensure that there is some spare capacity on each node so that if a node fails, its VMs can be distributed to the cluster's remaining nodes.
