Win2K SP1 improves the process of updating your OS

When Microsoft introduced Windows 2000, one of the company's goals was to simplify the process of updating and applying fixes to the OS. Some Windows NT 4.0 service packs caused more problems than they fixed. My Windows 2000 Professional operating system continually pops up a "low virtual memory" window even after attempts to follow instructions, increase the virtual memory and then reboot...it just will not increase the v-memory or there is a glitch (bug) with the operating system...how can I fix this? Does the service pak have a cure and if so, what specific file should I separate out to install?
