Q. If I'm using Password Change Notification Service (PCNS), do I need to install the PCNS software on every domain controller (DC) in the password source domains?

A. Yes, the PCNS software must be installed on all DCs in the domain whose passwords should be captured for transmission to Identity Lifecycle Manager or the Identity Integration Feature Pack.
