How can I quickly determine whether a particular Windows 2000 domain controller (DC) is also a Global Catalog (GC) server?

An easy way to determine whether an active Win2K DC is a GC server is to look at the properties of the server's NTDS Settings object in the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Active Directory Sites and Services console.
