Executive Summary:
The Attachment Manager found in Windows Vista and Windows XP SP2 will block you from opening a file attached to an email message or downloaded from the Internet or warn you before allowing you to open it. You can use the AccessChk command-line tool to get a report showing which folders and files a user has access to. With Sender Policy Framework (SPF), you can publish all of the email servers that your company sends email messages from.
