If your Win2K computers are part of an Active Directory (AD) domain, you can simply use Group Policy. The basic steps are to create a shared folder and copy SP4 to that folder. Then, in the Computer Configuration\Software Installation folder, create a Group Policy Object (GPO) that points to the Windows Installer (.msi) file that comes with each Windows service pack.
