1) When moving a mailbox have a choice, GUI or EMS, to allow the move of dumpster items (for legal purposes) instead of leaving them behind and purging them
2) Have an option to hard limit the number mailboxes allowed on a store/database so when IT support creates mailboxes they cannot exceed that amount and must allocate new or moved users to another store/database
3) In the EMC add a View/Column under the Servers object displaying which actual underlying Windows server node the Exchange Virtual server is Active on. Currently, you have to either open Cluster Admin or in the EMC right click choose Properties and check there (I do know its can be found in the EMS too but was wondering for the GUI)
