We’ve explained why you should be interested in Oracle’s content management solutions (see "Oracle says Windows IT pros should click with its content management solution"), so here’s the full lowdown on Windows IT Pro’s “Enterprise 2.0 with Oracle” roadshow.

These free one-day events will be held on February 26 in Munich, Germany, March 4 in Milan, Italy, March 11 in Stockholm, Sweden, March 18 in Frankfurt, Germany, March 26 in Madrid, Spain, April 3 in Paris, France, and April 17 in Lisbon, Portugal.

At the roadshows, the speakers will show you how to build an enterprise content management infrastructure that will help you to reduce costs, easily share content across the enterprise, automate expensive, time-intensive and manual processes, and consolidate multiple websites onto a single platform for centralised management.

They will separate the reality from the hype surrounding the Enterprise 2.0 model and show you how you can consolidate business services with Oracle Web Center. There will also be a look at mash-up applications that bridge the gap between enterprise content management and business intelligence.

Attendees will be able to explore the Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM) solution and the speakers will explain how your competitors are already taking advantage of the UCM solution to exploit the capabilities of blogging, wikis, RSS feeds and social networking. “Enterprise 2.0 with Oracle” will be concluded with an “ask-the experts” round-table discussion of all of the above.

Spaces are strictly limited at these free special events, so book early to avoid disappointment. For further info and online registration, go to http://oracle.cwemea.com .
