TweakUI really straightened out MOST of my troubles, I have been having for over
two months, except for "HYPERLINKS". They work for about five or ten minutes,
then they are gone "Nothing"! I changed from XP to Win2K--no change! I did leave
Win2K in because I prefer it to XP. I moved up to Outlook 6 or 4 and am still
there, but LINKS are still coming in only for afew minutes and then they're gone. If you can lead me to another site that might help. TweakUI did bring them back but only for afew minutes.
Thank you, I'm ,at least, glad that those "links" did lead me to your
TweakUI. That was a BIG find!
Thanks again, love my computer and computering!
72 yrs old and using an ole Asus P5A Super 7, we're a good pair!

I was unable to use TweakUI to stop the display of the last logged on user. I had to use Local Secuity Policy instead.

Tweak UI was always one of my favorites until I came across xteq (www.xteq.com). This freeware is a clean GUI that allows you to change registry settings without having to drill down through the registry. It is mostly OS sensitive in that only settings that work with your OS will be available. One really nice thing about xteq is that you can increase your L2 cache access settings to 512K on Win 2K systems.
