I installed the Recovery Console that ships with Windows 2000 on my Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4) test machine to see what would happen. The setup worked, and I now have the same options with my NT installation as I do with Win2K. I have Full Access rights to the C, C:\winnt, and C:\winnt\system32 folders and all the other options that running Winnt32 /cmdcons provides.
