If you add, delete, or modify a DLL under Windows NT and discover that you've lost your desktop shell after you reboot, I have a solution. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, then click Task Manager, New Task, Browse. Replace the culprit DLL with a DLL that works, and your system should be OK.

What would you do if you don't remember which DLL caused the problem.

Is there a way to recover the Desktop without re-installing the OS?
    Thanks,
