It's true, I can't quite announce to the skies that IT pros who interact with their peers are just plain happier at their job. But I can tell you—and Microsoft agrees—that community involvement has a direct relationship with job satisfaction (not to mention Microsoft's customer satisfaction, which has been rising in the past couple of years).
